Two Tonne Tasmania
TTT was established in 2013 when young local winemaker Ricky Evans got his hands on Two Tonnes of Tamar Valley Pinot Noir. The project has grown to express Pinot from some of the best Pinot sites on the island, along with wonderful expressions of varieties that classically thrive in Tasmania.
Havilah Wine is everything that isn’t Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Riesling. Fun stuff, fizzy stuff, orange stuff, and the occasional more serious reds emerging from carefully selected sites around Tassie. Havilah is an expression of creativity, an outlet for anything that we feel like doing at any particular moment.
